The Braciata of our Agriristoro

Braciata at our Bolgheri agriristoro is done every Monday and Wednesday in addition to special days such as April 9 (Easter) and April 10 (Easter Monday).

We will repeat on May 1 with braciata prosciutto and pods.

The braciata consists of:

Grilled beef, pork and chicken (depending on availability, otherwise substituted with other cuts) served with roasted farmer’s potatoes.
